We collect and process your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To inform you and enable your use of our services (connecting sellers and buyers).

For online payment, we transmit the necessary data to Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland), our payment service provider. This includes:

  • The date, time and billing period
  • The payment status (validated or not)
  • Certain connection data related to billing

3.3 Account Management

Creating an account with PME Market does not necessarily require subscribing to a paid plan. You can delete your account at any time by sending a written request to info@pme-market.ch.

4. Automatic Data Collection via Site Access

13. Advertising trackers and audience measurement

To assess the effectiveness of our ads and avoid unnecessary advertising spend, we use advertising measurement tools. They are only activated if you click "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit.

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram): a pixel in your browser and conversions sent from our server. We then send Meta your email address and first name in hashed form (never in clear text), your IP address, browser type and the _fbp and _fbc cookie identifiers. These identifiers and your IP address also pass through the metadata of the Stripe payment session for any payment made on the site.
  • Google Ads: conversion measurement and ad personalisation; no advertising cookie is set and no data is used for advertising purposes before your consent.
  • Google Analytics 4: audience measurement for our site, active without prior consent. You can object through your browser settings or the opt-out add-on provided by Google.
  • Your choice is stored for 180 days in the pmm_consent cookie. Meta cookies last 90 days.
  • You can change your mind at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Value estimator

The estimate page lets you calculate a value range for your business for free, without an account. This processing is based on your request.

  • Purposes: calculate the range, send you the detailed report with the price barometer, then a few tips to prepare your sale, and improve the calculation engine from the data entered, in aggregate form.
  • Data kept: your situation (sector, canton, lease, sale horizon), your figures (revenue, profit, salary, rent, stock and equipment, independence of the business), your first name, your email and the notice shown at the time of sending. Your IP address is not kept.
  • Duration: until you ask for deletion.
  • The report is sent to you because you asked for it. The tips that follow it are sent on the basis of that same request, and you can end them at any time with the unsubscribe link in every message.
  • Deletion on request at the address given at the end of this document.
